After losing to Naomi Osaka in the 2018 US Open final, Serena Williams marked her return with a recent friendly match with her sister Venus at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship. The final result, Serena lost 1-2 with scores of 4-6, 6-3 and 10-8 respectively.
In the post-match interview, the reporters once again recalled the scandal last September between Serena and referee Carlos Ramos. This makes the former world number 1 look bored.
