KOBBIE MAINOO yelled at Manchester United teammates Casemiro and Antony after being hurt during their 3-0 loss to Tottenham. The Red Devils then screwed up the substitution.
Mainoo, 18, received a knock shortly after Bruno Fernandes’ red card and was replaced by Mason Mount.
Mainoo was upset about a man taking a picture of a soccer player with the Sky Sports logo in the backdrop. Manchester United then played with nine players due to a mistaken substitution.
As he walked off the pitch, he could be seen arguing with substitutes Casemiro and Antony.
The Three Lions star appeared to be upset with an incident on the pitch, however it’s unclear what he was referring to.
Man Utd then made matters worse by resuming play before Mount had arrived on the pitch.
It meant they were temporarily defending with only nine players while Mount waited by the touchline.
After the ball went dead seconds later, the former Chelsea player was eventually allowed to enter the fray.
The terrible error came at the end of a dreadful first half for Erik ten Hag’s team.
Brennan Johnson gave Tottenham the lead less than three minutes into the game after Micky van de Ven slipped past four Manchester United players and crossed for the Welshman to score.
Ange Postecoglou’s team dominated and might have been further ahead when Fernandes was sent off just before halftime for a violent challenge on James Maddison.
