A new book, named Becoming Beyoncé: The Untold Story, makes shocking claims about Beyoncé and Jay Z’s marriage, and provides a possible reason for that Solange/Jay-Z lift spat…

The book, by J Randy Taraborrelli, claims that Beyoncé and Jay Z split around the time that Jay scouted Rihanna in 2005 amid rumours they were having an affair. Surely not.

“Beyoncé didn’t know what to make of this, and it actually ended up breaking them up for a time,” the authour told Entertainment Tonight. “They spent maybe a year apart from each other because Beyoncé just wasn’t sure of what to make of the situation with Rihanna.”

Could this be the reason why Solange Knowles and Jay Z had their Met Gala 2014 lift fight?

“It’s safe to say that Rihanna and Beyoncé are friends,” J Randy Taraborrelli added.

In the writing of the book, J Randy Taraborrelli interviews several people within Bey’s inner circle. He tells ET: “I think when you read it, you’ll be left understanding her a lot more.”

Of course at the moment this is all speculation. Nobody is quite sure who has been interviewed and how reliable their word is…

The Beyoncé and Jay Z divorce rumours have finally settled down… or so we thought.

A track from Bey’s upcoming album has just been leaked – and it’s called Ring Off. It’s definitely nothing to do with telephones, by the way – this is unequivocal wedding ring off stuff, judging by the lyrics.

The track goes something like this: “In the mirror you would stare/And say a prayer like, ‘I wish he said I’m beautiful’/ I wish it didn’t hurt at all/I don’t know how I got here, I was once the one who had his heart.”

It continues: “Until you had enough, then you took that ring off/You took that ring off/ So tired of the lies and trying and fighting and crying/ You took that finger.”

Uh-oh – if this couple are sick of divorce rumours, they’re not helping things by releasing this track.

Bey’s new album is supposed to come out next week, but two new singles have already leaked. Let’s hope the rest of the new record is more along the lines of Drunk In Love.

Beyoncé and Jay Z have been dogged by rumours of marriage trouble so much lately, they must be pretty darn sick of it. Even Bey’s Dad has been chatting about their relationship recently, although he insists the divorce rumours are merely a publicity stunt to increase tour ticket sales (way harsh, Dad). So it’s no surprise that when Jay Z and Bey were spotted at a concert recently, they made no bones about showing their affection for each other.
