The million-dollar actor and wrestler revealed a surprising detail about police character Luke Hobbs in part eight of the globally popular action series.
Appearing in the 2011 Fast Five episode , Luke Hobbs quickly became a popular supporting character of the Fast & Furious series. Initially, he was tasked with hunting down Vin Diesel and Paul Walker’s gang but then ended up helping the group.
The new image raises curiosity about why America’s most adorable spy character was imprisoned behind bars. Some speculations suggest that he could be pursuing the character Deckhard Shaw (Jason Statham) in prison since part seven or that he could pretend to go to prison on a secret mission, like when Paul Walker’s character Brian O’Conner did. same thing in part six.
Hobbs’ absence will be a big problem for Dominic Toretto’s (Vin Diesel) gang in their fight against the evil Cipher (Charlize Theron). In addition, another old villain also appears, played by veteran British actress – Helen Mirren.
The film brings together a cast of old stars including Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel, Lucas Black, Jason Staham and Kurt Russell. In addition to Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren, two other new stars are Scott Eastwood and Kristofer Hivju.
