Let’s get straight to it. There are numerous reasons why I’m convinced Bill isn’t Luna’s father, with the biggest being that it would be the least dramatic outcome possible. Soap operas thrive on keeping viewers hooked with constant drama, and the most dramatic twists always win. Will a box be empty, or will it contain a rattlesnake? That’s the level of suspense we’re talking about here.

Now, let’s talk about Lee. Why did she insert herself so dramatically into this storyline? Well, like all soap opera characters, she had a vested interest in the outcome. The program hinted at this months ago, and it especially disappointed viewers, particularly Steffy fans. But why would Lee do this, and if she did tamper with the paternity test results, why is she so upset that Bill turned out to be the father? Simple: she’s not upset. Just like her portrayer, Naomi Matsuda, Lee is simply acting out her role. The results aligned perfectly with her desired outcome: protecting Finn.

From the moment Lee entered the scene, I suspected something was off. And here’s what got me thinking: why the big fuss about Lee visiting Bill’s home in the past? It’s because she’s had something of his ever since, either by coincidence or as part of her own long-term plan. And I’m confident we’ll see a flashback revealing that Lee had already conducted the paternity test using Bill’s DNA, along with that of one of his other children, probably Liam. That’s why Lee didn’t push for the test to be done at the hospital; she knew the results would be more thorough there.

Now, onto Rich. Seriously, what was he thinking, asking Brooke to become co-CEO of Forrester without consulting Steffy first? It defies all logic. And then there’s what he said about Steffy not being happy with him, but it all working out in the end. Talk about delusional! Thankfully, Brooke had the sense to decline his proposal. But I can’t shake the feeling that she might change her mind, given how soaps always go for the most dramatic outcome.

And what about Carter and Katie? Are they still a thing? We never see them together, but if the writers want to bring Katie back into Bill’s story, why not use the paternity test as a way to reel her back in? It would make for some compelling drama, that’s for sure.
