Chelsea and Liverpool are reportedly vying for Leeds winger Crysencio Summerville’s signature this summer.
Summerville won the Championship Player of the Year award after a spectacular season at Elland Road, but he was unable to lead Leeds back to the Premier League as they were defeated 1-0 by Southampton in the play-off final on Sunday.
Leeds are about to be plundered by Premier League clubs, with Mail Sport stating on Monday that they owe rival teams £190 million in transfer installments, and Summerville is expected to go before the start of next season.
According to The Sun, Chelsea and Liverpool are leading the chase for the 22-year-old, but three other top-flight clubs are also interested.
West Ham, Fulham, and Bournemouth are also interested in Summerville, but none of them will be able to provide him European football next season.

Daniel Farke’s Leeds failed to gain promotion to the Premier League after losing the play-off final on Sunday.
Summerville’s adaptability and work rate are believed to appeal to incoming Liverpool manager Arne Slot (above).
Summerville is valued at about £35-40 million after scoring 21 goals in all competitions for Daniel Farke’s side in 2023-24.
He can play on either wing, and his versatility and work rate are expected to appeal to new Liverpool manager Arne Slot.
Mohamed Salah and Luiz Diaz have both been linked with departures from Anfield this summer, and Summerville might be considered as a potential replacement.
He might possibly be one of Enzo Maresca’s first signings at Chelsea, with the Italian set to be named manager shortly after Mauricio Pochettino left by mutual consent last week.
Leeds are expected to unload numerous first-team stars in the offseason as they prepare for another season in the Championship.
Wilfried Gnonto and teenage sensation Archie Grey could be moved on after excellent seasons under Farke.
