After more than 4 days of deliberation, the above decision was made with Cardi B winning over plaintiff Kevin Michael Brophy. The plaintiff also failed to provide evidence to prove his allegations. 

In 2016, Cardi B released “Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1” with a cover photo of an anonymous man having sex with a female rapper. On this man’s back is a tattoo of a tiger fighting with a snake. In 2017, Kevin Michael Brophy sued, asking Cardi B and her former manager to pay at least $5 million in compensation because the tattoo on the album cover was his. At the same time, request a ban on Cardi B from using his image.

Kevin Michael Brophy describes himself as a married man with children. Therefore, when the album was released, he faced comments, questions, and ridicule, leading to an uncomfortable feeling.
